Bread - Seeded Sourdough
Lovingly hand-crafted by Lynwood & Co. in the Cotswolds, these loaves are made using a traditional, slow fermentation process, resulting in a wonderfully tasty and easily digestible bread. Their recipe uses a blend of five different organic flours, offering a unique flavour you won't find anywhere else. The seeds are a mix of sunflower, linseed and flaxseed.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour (GLUTEN), water, salt, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, brown linseeds, golden linseeds
